3.1 Payment Authorization & Auto-Renewal
By completing a purchase, you authorize Educational Heart to process the full transaction amount according to the payment terms displayed at checkout and in the applicable Product Addendum. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Payments are processed through secure third-party processors. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method and billing information remain current and accurate throughout the payment period.
3.2 Pricing – Membership is available at $97/month or $997/year, billed automatically based on your selection at enrollment. Promotional rates may be offered at checkout.
3.3 Auto-Renewal – Your subscription renews automatically each month or year until canceled. Charges will be processed using the original payment method unless updated in your account.
3.4 Payment Failures – If a payment fails, access may be restricted until the account is brought current. Accounts overdue more than 60 days may be terminated and must re-enroll at the current rate.
3.5 Installment Plans
If you select a payment plan:
- All installments must be paid in full, regardless of participation, satisfaction, or completion of the Service.
- You authorize automatic charges to your payment method per the agreed schedule.
- Failed payments must be resolved within five (5) calendar days of notice. After two failed attempts with no response, your account may be suspended and the balance sent to collections.
- Suspension or termination for non-payment does not cancel your obligation to complete the plan.
3.6 Non-Payment
Overdue payments not remedied within the grace period may result in:
- Suspension or permanent revocation of access without refund.
- Withholding of deliverables, bonuses, or ongoing support.
- Collection of the remaining balance through legal means, including third-party agencies.
3.7 No Withholding
You may not withhold or offset payments for any reason, including dissatisfaction, disputes, or delivery delays, unless required by law.
3.8 Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback, you must submit a written request to [email protected] and allow seven (7) business days for resolution. Unwarranted chargebacks are a material breach of this Agreement and may result in:
- Immediate termination of all Services.
- Dispute of the chargeback with full documentation.
- Reporting of misuse to payment processors and relevant authorities.
- Recovery of any chargeback fees, costs, or damages.
3.9 Taxes & Currency
You are solely responsible for all taxes, duties, and currency conversion fees related to your purchase. Payments must be made in the currency specified at checkout.Â
- Cancellation and Refund Policy & Conditional Guarantee
4.1 How to Cancel – To cancel your Membership, email [email protected] with the subject line “MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION,” including your name, email address, and confirmation of your request. You will be notified upon receipt, and your membership will be canceled before the next billing period if the request is made more than 24 hours before the renewal charge.
4.2 Renewal Within 24 Hours – If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled renewal charge, you agree to be charged for the next billing period, and cancellation will take effect after that period ends.
4.3 General Policy – All sales are final except as provided in §4.2. No refunds will be issued after the applicable guarantee period.
4.4 Conditional 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee – First-time purchasers may request a refund within 30 days if they have completed the work to date and believe the Membership is not suitable. To request:
- Email [email protected] before 11:59 pm PST on day 30;
- Provide the purchase email, proof of completed work from the Vision, Offer, and Audience sections, and proof of attendance at two (2) weekly live coaching calls or Loom recordings of watching replays.
Requests are reviewed at Educational Heart’s sole discretion. Refunds, if approved, are processed within 30 days. If denied, you remain responsible for payment in full.
5: ACCESS & DELIVERY
5.1 Delivery Methods
Educational Heart Services may be delivered through:
- Live sessions via video conferencing platforms such as Zoom.
- Recorded modules, audio trainings, or masterclasses.
- Digital portals or learning platforms such as Kajabi.
- Downloadable materials including templates, workbooks, scripts, and checklists.
The specific format for each Service will be identified in the applicable Product Addendum or at checkout. Educational Heart may change delivery methods, including transitioning to different platforms, provided that the core content remains accessible for the stated access period.
5.2 Access Timelines
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant Product Addendum:
- Digital products include a minimum of six (6) months of access from purchase.
- Memberships remain accessible only while payments are current.
- Live programs or cohorts may have time-limited access to replays or portals as stated in onboarding materials.
Where lifetime access is stated, “lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program, meaning the period during which it is actively offered and supported by Educational Heart. Educational Heart may retire or discontinue a program at any time with at least thirty (30) days’ notice to affected participants.
5.3 Replay and Recording Availability
Where live sessions are recorded, replay access and expiration dates will be stated in the Product Addendum or onboarding materials. Educational Heart is not responsible for replay availability if third-party platforms experience technical failures beyond our control.
5.4 Content Updates and Retirements
Educational Heart may update, replace, or remove outdated, inaccurate, or incompatible materials at any time without obligation to provide prior versions. If a Service is retired, any guaranteed or lifetime access will end upon retirement, subject to the notice period in Section 5.2.
5.5 Monitoring and Compliance
Educational Heart may monitor portal usage, downloads, and community participation to ensure compliance with licensing and access restrictions outlined in Sections 2 and 3. Accounts found in violation may be suspended or terminated without refund.
Â
6: PLATFORM DEPENDENCIES
6.1 Use of Third-Party Platforms
Many Educational Heart Services are delivered or supported through third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to Kajabi, Zoom, Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, Meta, Vimeo, and Google Drive (“Third-Party Platforms”). Access to certain Services may require you to create, maintain, and log in to accounts on these platforms.
6.2 Platform Availability and Changes
Educational Heart is not responsible for:
- Downtime, outages, interruptions, or slow performance on Third-Party Platforms.
- Removal or modification of features, tools, or functionality by a Third-Party Platform.
- Termination, suspension, or restriction of your account on a Third-Party Platform for any reason.
- Policy or technical changes that limit or alter your ability to access certain features or content.
If a Third-Party Platform discontinues, changes, or restricts its service in a way that affects the delivery of a Educational Heart Service, Educational Heart may, at its sole discretion:
- Transition the Service to an alternative platform or delivery method.
- Provide an equivalent replacement resource.
- Retire the affected component without refund, provided that the core deliverables of the purchased Service remain available during the stated access period.
6.3 Compliance with Platform Terms
Your use of Third-Party Platforms is subject to their respective terms of use, privacy policies, and community guidelines. It is your responsibility to review and comply with those terms at all times. Educational Heart will not be liable for your violation of a Third-Party Platform’s policies or for any resulting loss of access.
6.4 Dependency on External APIs and Integrations
Some Services may rely on external APIs, automation tools, or social media integrations. Educational Heart does not guarantee that these integrations will remain functional indefinitely and is not liable for any changes to platform APIs, data access rules, or automation capabilities.
6.5 Limitations on Lifetime Access
If a Service includes lifetime access or extended replay rights, such access is contingent upon the continued availability of the Third-Party Platform hosting the materials. Should the platform become unavailable, Educational Heart may provide an alternative delivery solution at its discretion but is not obligated to recreate or rehost retired materials in perpetuity.Â
7: Exclusion of AI Content
We do not use AI generated content. If our clients are found to be using it they may at Educational Heart’s discretion be removed from our services and product accessibility will be ended.
